Terms of Use

1. About the service. "Golos" is an app for self-guided practice of pronunciation and voice. It is not a medical service, diagnosis or speech-therapy consultation and does not replace seeing a specialist in case of speech or medical problems.

2. Subscription and payment. Access to the full report and exercise plan is provided by subscription with a 7-day trial. After the trial, if you have not canceled, €10/month is charged automatically. You can cancel at any time under "Subscription" → "Manage subscription" (Stripe Customer Portal) — access remains until the end of the period already paid for.

3. Refunds. Charges already made are not refunded, except where required by the law of Spain.

4. Proper use. Do not use the app to upload recordings of someone else's voice without consent, for unlawful content, or to try to disrupt the service.

5. Limitation of liability. Reports and exercises are generated automatically from the analysis of your recording and are advisory in nature. MALVA INFORMATICA SL is not liable for decisions made on the basis of these recommendations, to the extent permitted by the law of Spain.

6. Changes to the terms. We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app.

7. Governing law. These terms are governed by the law of Spain. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence continue to apply where required.
